We offer theraputic services related to issues people face as they age. We specialize in the use of objective Cognitive Assessment, Decision Making Capacity Assessment and/or a Behavioral Assessment to help you:
- Establish a Diagnosis
- Identify Cognitive and Functional Strengths and Weaknesses
- Provide Psychological Support and Education
- Provide Cognitive Rehabilitation Training to regain or maintain cognitive abilities
- Help to determine what resources can help an individual Stay in Their Home or the least restrictive environment of their choice
- Help to determine if and/or when a higher level of care is neede
- Help to determine if and/or when assistance with finances, medical decisions, driving and/or guardianship is needed
- Offer recommendations for managing difficult behaviors
